La Juan Schlegel, regionally known for her scenic bluebonnet fields, also teaches art students in her home studio.  On one such class day in late spring, a student brought wild sunflowers for the class to use as models to paint.  La Juan placed them in a soft green vase and painted along with her students, instructing, sharing, and encouraging young artists to develop their talents. Sunflowers is her artistic mixture of love for nature and service to others. 

This giclee print on canvas is 12" x 16" and is stretched and ready to frame.  La Juan Schlegel signs all her paintings and prints herself.
